PLEASE NOTE THESE RULES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE

- Discussion of any users account being disabled/banned or of any type of punishment is prohibited on PRP. This is considered bullying.
- We encourage you to not share your personal information. PRP is not responsible for any information released unless it is released by the hand of one of our staff members.
- Do not create a username that has a negative meaning. This includes curse words, rude words, etc.
- Do not use PRP as a dating site.
- Do not argue with any staff member. We also encourage that you do not argue with anybody, however not completely prohibited.
- While Role Playing, please note that you aren't perfect. Make things seem realistic. You can't win at everything. This is something PRP staff hates to have to take action for because it's a very often-happening occurrence.
- Do not send a letter to staff members about how they got their position and/or if they could get one too.
- You are allowed to have as many characters as you want if you can get them approved, however, if you fail to keep ALL of the characters active, the inactive ones will be terminated.
- Your character MUST have a photo, meaning that you must have an avatar. A signature is optional, obviously because I don't have a signature.
- Please be as formal as possible. This is the Infernal Devices, not Mortal Instruments. This means that this takes place in an older, more formal time. As Charlotte said, speak proper English.
- Do not advertise other sites/forums/servers/etc.
- While filling out a character form, include your favorite color or your application will be denied.
- Another roleplaying rule. Do NOT make a short role play and then post it. Your posts (if in RP) must be at least one paragraph long. A paragraph is five to eight sentences.
- Do not spam. It's annoying. No one likes it.
- Once more, take into consideration that this takes place in an older setting. No cell phones. No iPods. Nothing like that.
- If applying for staff, include your favorite food or your application will be denied.
- Do not give yourself a title or rank that is above anyone else. Equality is vital in the PRP community.
- Anything inappropriate will either be deleted, or the person/people involved will be punished.
- All RP posts MUST be written in past-tense.
- Inactivity overall. Not just inactive characters, but users. If your account has not been logged into for a month, it will be deleted as soon as the staff does the monthly check.
- OOC drama will not be tolerated. It's annoying.
